To all who are seeking to buy an LG refrigerator I will keep this short. STOP AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LG!!!!!! I have been without my refrigerator LG for almost 4 months and LG customer service is horrible!! They do not care about their customers and have been dragging out a repair since the beginning. Finally an LG certified technician came out to repair my refrigerator and they are saying it is irreparable. I contacted LG for a replacement and LG says we need to send out a different technician to re-evaluate. I even spoke with their so called executive team and they were rude, uncaring and basically didn t care about my situation. The person on the phone Ariana even told me that I wouldn t get a replacement but maybe a prorated amount. Maybe . Well again all I can say is learn from my mistake and NEVER buy an LG product again. Also on a side note I bought this refrigerator based on consumer reports suggestion of best refrigerators. Never again! If I could leave less than 1 star I would.
