As a person who works in the hospitality industry, I felt like a third class customer, even though I've been there four times .
The reason why I came to this conclusion was the server named,Roxanne didn't ask if we wanted something to drink or even give us utensil or napkins to eat with.

The food was good on the other three occasions but this fourth time around the food wasn't up to par,had to ask the manager Sandy to rectify the problem, she did so.
Before we were even finished with our main course Roxanne brought me the check,without asking if we need anything else ,whithout even removing the plates or asking if we wanted coffee, which is a common courtesy.
So now I will not even recommend CLAIM JUMPERS RESTUARANT TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS, because of the waymy companion and I were treated.
