Worst customer service possible. Bought an aerator - they put special conditions on the shipment that did not allow me to modify any part of the delivery: I could not electronically sign (they required a signature for delivery), could not hold it at the UPS location for pickup, and could not change the date of delivery. Since as the shipper they enacted these restrictions, I called them to ask for assistance in changing the UPS restrictions- otherwise the package would just continue to be "attempted for delivery" until finally returned to the seller. They stated that the only thing they could do was have it held at a UPS facility located five towns over from where I live. Then called UPS to determine whether they could hold it at a UPS store 10 minutes away from me; they said they would have been able to, but because Jack's put a hold on the delivery now they are unable to redeliver and they are unable to hold it at a different location. So now I have to drive two hours to pick up an aerator that was supposed to be shipped to my front door. Several phone calls to Jack's did nothing to assist with the delivery. Never going through this hassle again.

UPDATE: The Director of Operations reached out to me and worked with me to fix the situation. He did his best to remedy the frustrations, and in the end refunded a percent of the purchase. Very grateful that they listened to my issues and took the time to assist.
