I began ordering their wonderful dark chocolate Elan several years back for a Christmas gift for my mother. My Uncle had originally sent it to Mom from his home in Michigan. And she fell in love with it. Well, imagine my surprise when I picked up the tradition and called Grosse Point and was told that they would BILL ME. They didn't ask for a credit card. I thought this was too good to be believed but it's true. Just like the good ole days, you call and order and THEN they bill you. Even if you live all the way in California. On top of the old fashioned billing, the bark literally melts in your mouth. It is THE best toffee I have ever tasted. Mom hides the treasure in her pantry and doesn't share. So nobody else gets a taste. Well, maybe she gives me a small bite.
