The service advisor who helped me was phenomenal! No complaints at all, he kept me informed, moved quickly and was very nice.

The dealer? Eeh that's why it gets 4 stars. It's very hard to talk to anyone before my appointment, hard to get clarity on the car rental process. They are very busy in the service department and I don't blame them.. Nissan cars break all the time so yea. But overall I would recommend, just don't expect to have an easy time talking to people before you go.
