was on hold for a while to have someone who doesn't speak english well keep putting me on hold for long periods of time to have him cancel my autopay but say he can't change it (I wanted to regularly pay more than my normal amount due - had always done this before santander bought out my car loan from gateway). He said I had to do it by myself online so I went online and for autopay it STILL won't let me change it more than the minimum. Called back and it hung up TWICE while waiting for customer service. Calling a third time right now. This company SUCKS.
