We were on a Saturday at noon for the Sangiovese tasting. It was a real "experience" rather than a tasting. Excellent, excellent wines. The amazing environment. The attention to detail in the presentation of the dishes paired with the glasses, which presented all the delicacies of the area is really fantastic.
