I went to JCPenney to pick up my online order. I stopped to look at some socks first, and the shelves are so close together you can't walk between them. I didn't find the socks I usually get. The shelves were a mess. I went downstairs to get my online order. The two ladies there were very nice. I have almost quit shopping at Penny's because of the way the store now looks. The clothes are lower quality.
