I first came to Greg Ott after a surgical procedure on my knee in 2011. They helped me rehabilitate my knee and restore full function. Fast forward 9, almost 10 years and I find myself returning for physical therapy after a total knee replacement. Guess you could say I m definitely a satisfied, repeat customer.
The entire staff from the front office to the all the techs in back are super friendly. After coming 2 or 3 times everyone knows you and the techs work in tandem together. If yours is busy, another one will know exactly what you need to do next. It s truly a unique experience and I highly recommend them.
