I took my dog here, waited an extra 30 minutes pas...

I took my dog here, waited an extra 30 minutes past my appointment time in my car for them to come get him for the exam. I told them 2 separate times before visiting that my dog would not let them exam them, and that they would need to review the x-rays I supplied to them and then give me further direction on what to do. Their response was, "we need to see your dog and exam him" So i brought my dog. They tried to take him back to the exam room (without me because of covid) and called me less than 2 minutes later to tell me that they couldn't exam him. They then recommended sedation (which I had already done previous in order to get the first x-ray, which i had already supplied to WestVet) they wanted to ct scan, ultrasound and quoted me 1300+ dollars for that. I told them I would need to think about this and make a decision with my Wife.
All said and done, they charged me 110$ to look at my dog for less than 2 minutes and recommend 1300$ ct scan.
I'm real disappointed because I communicated to them 2 separate times about my dogs unwillingness to have an exam.
Would not recommend, mostly because of how un professional it felt due to their covid policies and procedures.
