I purchased a 2006 Heritage Classic from Harley Davidson of Charlotte in June of 2012. This was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. They gave me fair trade in price for my old bike. I made them a fair offer for the Heritage and they accepted it with no haggling. I don't play games so I didn't low ball them, I told them what I thought the bike was worth and they sold it to me at that price. They didn't play games with the interest rates, extended warranties or monthly payment amounts. They were honest and straight up on everything. I financed it through HD and that made the process even easier. HD gave me an interest rate that neither my bank nor credit union was willing to match. The bike is awesome. Even before ever buying from these guys I used to visit the store to look at their bikes. I was always treated well. Greeted but not harassed. They are really low key and not pushy. I highly recommend anyone looking for a Harley to give these guys the chance to earn your business; I think you will be satisfied.
