We have a flat in Shad Thames that we've let for the past 4 years. We moved to Anderson Rose almost a year ago after a prolonged bad experience with another letting agent in the area.
My goodness what a change! After having endured years of inaction, missed deadlines, foul ups, errors of all sorts and general incompetence we suddenly discovered what flat management "done proper" can be. I can't say which agent it was but believe me there is a real bad guy agent out there and it's not A&R!
The A&R team will not only go the extra mile they'll do that as a matter of course but if the situation needs it they'll run a full marathon for their clients. Two weeks ago four people from A&R manhandled a washer drier up 4 flights of stairs to our flat when a major high street store wanted to leave it in the lobby. They then also sorted out the plumbing and installation too. They only called us to report "job done".
I really do recommend A&R to anyone wanting to let their flat or indeed anyone looking for a flat to let!
