Edit: Great follow up by a member of hipvan right after, reasoning out the situation. Reasons accepted and was offered compensation for the inconvenience. My order (tv console + shelf + 2 rugs) came 3 days after and fortunately within time... I must say the look & feel are pretty good (hence the star bumped from 1 to 3). No obvious defects or flaws. Mega love!! Overall the quality is rated 9/10. I really like most items listed on hipvan but this will be my first & last simply because communication & deliveries seem to be a problem for them. As said previously, items are great but order only if you can wait forever.

BAD & WORST experience with online retail EVER. I purchased a tv console on the 14th December 2018 & had scheduled the delivery to be on the 23rd January 2019. Without my knowledge or consent, hipvan postponed it to 28th January 2019. The item is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, but when I checked the online status, hipvan postponed it AGAIN to be on the 30th January 2019. Are you taking us your customers as a joke? We have no time to accommodate all these silly things when we just want the furnitures to move in swiftly into our new home. We took time off from work to oversee the delivery and it kept on being postponed. Hipvan is really the worst, please do not shop here unless you want to be treated like a joke.

My order numbers are #171166 and #175201. Let s just hope your explanations are not as substandard.
