The service department is deplorable. They tried to charge my wife $4k for parts and labor to repair a brake booster pump. I took it elsewhere and they fixed it for $185. Proceed accordingly. They don't attempt to troubleshoot, just replace the whole unit and gouge the customer seems to be the MO.
