Today was the first time I had to deal with this hospital. I tried to call my aunt, got disconnected the first 3 times and the fourth time I was transferred to someone else s room. The operator (someone whose name starts with /R/ sounded like she could ve cared less about customer service, or the customer experience. This experience was enough to tell me about the culture of this place. I feel sorry for my aunt, I m sure there are better facilities for healthcare as Mesa is a fairly large city.
