The Cumberland Cape Atlantic YMCA has exceeded my expectations in every way. The facilities are clean and well-maintained and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The variety of programs offered is fantastic, catering to all ages and fitness levels. The instructors are knowledgeable and create a positive and motivating atmosphere. I am so glad I joined this YMCA and I would highly recommend it to others.
