I bought a Wisco 421 Pizza oven here November 1 2020.
I waited a few days for it to ship to Chicago.
I called after I did not receive it.
I was told they are out of stock.
I canceled my order.
I still have not got my $129.00 refund.
My card was charged $129.00 November 12th as a completed sale.
I've been getting the run around about when I would get my card refunded.
Over and over I've talked to the accounting to no answer on my refund.
Its December 2nd 2020 and I still have not received my refund for a product I canceled and never received.
I will never again use this company for anything with our Pizza buisness.
Unbelievable.
I'll have to take other actions on proceeding with an attorney.
