Bought and sold two cars and all experiences have been outstanding. Very friendly and professional staff, zero pressure to buy or sell just information and guidance so you can make the best decision. To contrast: Recently visited a new car dealership and had a terrible experience. Everything from the advertised price not being honored, to the absurd and clearly made up reason why it wasn't being honored, then the fact that they ran out credit when we explicitly told them not to, and the non stop calls and texts multiple times a day despite us saying we already bought another car. Carmax was a welcome change after that
