Worst customer service. A complete disconnect bet...

Worst customer service. A complete disconnect between departments of sales, inventory, and technicians. When they sent the wrong equipment they charged me over $2,000 for install and equipment and would not issue a refund. Technician arrived without many necessary tools and equipment, not his fault he was told that the equipment would be there. But it was the wrong equipment and insufficient supplies, like no Cox cable, no Lag Bolts, wrong dish. Luckily I had spool of high end coax cable and Lag bolts and tools. I tried to contact the Tech before he came to tell him what I had received from this company and what I had on hand to make sure install would go smoothly, but sales would not put me in touch with the technician. So we could have used the Dish that I already had on hand but the Tech didn't know to bring necessary adapters or whatever he needed with the correct Dish that I had (not provided by this company). The Technician even admitted this happens to him all the time. Clearly services paid for were not provided but the company refused to issue a refund and I had to battle with them for months and involve my credit card company which agreed with the facts and force a refund.
That was only one of many poor transactions I've had with this company. I went here to get equipment for Dish Network with accurate information about what components would work the sales represented tried again and again to say it wouldn't work and I had to upgrade my whole system. Guess what after he reluctantly sold me what I asked for along with something else he said I needed but didn't, the equipment worked perfectly with my current system set up. It sucks living in Alaska and we have to deal with companies like this because we have no other choices. If there are any other choices for Satellite internet installs in AK, and Dish Network retailers I'd choose them in a heartbeat
