This was the worst experience I have ever had with a service-related business. I dropped off a laptop for a consultation on a Wednesday, by Monday of the next week they had still not even looked at it. They did not communicate with me in any way, I had to call them to get updates on my laptop, which I need to work. Bringing my laptop to this place was a massive mistake, it created an unnecessary burden and days of lost time I could have used to actually get my computer looked at. I recommend that anyone take their technology to any place other than this one.
