I highly enjoyed working with TM5 property agent Julie Brod. She was so sweet and helpful when we arrived to view the house, answering questions we had about the property. There were a few things she didn't have the answers to, but she always got us answers very quickly. I've never worked with an agent that replied as quickly to our demands as Julie. In the first couple of days of our move in, we ran into some issues, but once again Julie had them solved in just a few hours. It was nice being able to communicate with her via text and get such a quick response, even on the weekends. She also helped us work with the landlord to reach an agreement on lowering the rent for a longer lease. 5 stars all the way!
