Don't ever sign a contract with these bullies or scrupulous company. They have no respect, no responsibly and no business morals and everything they do is blame the tenants or just totally ignore their problems.
They send unjustified bills/charges and they don't bother to fix them, even small things like reading the correct electricity meter in the shop was not corrected for 6 months until we had enough of them and we closed the business.
Any dispute goes on deaf ears and they just cut the electricity without any notice, even if there is a dispute on the account.
They position themselves as running a psychiatric ward instead of a professional business complex. This is probably one of worst company I've encountered so far by a big margin.
I would rate them -10 stars if I could.
