The techs and support staff at AERA are incredible...

The techs and support staff at AERA are incredible, but -- with the exception of one doctor -- the veterinary staff were cold, clinical and seemed to be working off a checklist. We were fast-talked into invasive surgery (and a $15k bill) that exacerbated our cat's medical condition when we should have been offered palliative care to ease her into her final days. Overall, I was deeply disappointed and am still struggling with the agony our cat faced before she passed. Do your research and be your pet's best advocate.
