Spam mostly - lazy recruiters - won't answer phones - bogus roles.

Rec'd an email this morning starting with " Hi, " - how unprofessional!

It was for a role in Dallas, TX. I live in Orange County, CA. Do you think the lazy recruiter knows me ? He or she does not, this is the ill behavior of the laziest of the recruiters, and the recruiters from India - who HAVE no business chasing work in the US, as they are not qualified.

If you want to build relationships recruiters - then do it. Sending us spam isn't going to do anything to help... it sullies the reputation of the good recruiters who take time and effort to build business and their reputations.
