I will skip this sauna in the near future. Especially because there are so many better and nicer saunas. A.o. because three of the nicest parts fail. But that is not everything.
1 / the (main) infusion sauna works at half power, so you only notice it close to the fire
2 / take into account serious noise nuisance with a "Greek" infusion
3 / the salt room (my favorite) is out of order and will be closed
4 / the fireplace of the fireplace sauna was dying, because it was not replenished in time
5 / no saunas above 80 degrees and the showers are set to a standard of lukewarm :-(
6 / if you need urgent assistance, the sauna hostess cannot be reached in any fields or roads, while the staff did not understand the urgency or were able to communicate it
7 / Two men's toilets smelled strongly of urine, even the overly scented pee mat could not prevent this
8 / The food was tasty, but the portions half what we expected for the price
9 / the stairs around the pool are so dangerously slippery that it is better to go into the water with slippers (with point 7 I conclude that cleaning is poor)
10 / the electronic system to open your locker is a lot of problems
11 / The closure is officially at 11 pm, but from 10.30 pm you will be sarcastically knocked out
12 / after sharing our feedback with care and kindness, we still get the whole bill (> 100) presented in an ice-cold way, as if they didn't care
13 / enough customers apparently, because it is indeed (still) very busy; not a place for relaxation, which I eventually came for
14 / after emailing this, we could eventually make another reservation; i assume free
