They were not informed about delivery, they try to deliver the package to neighbors(nearly 100 apartments in my apartment) and nobody knows each other and I am new to the apartment. Neighbor refused to accept the package so they sent the package immediately to sender without informing. DPD is not customer friendly. This is worst service I faced with DPD and I never recommend.
