Refused to cater for my dietary requirements based...

Refused to cater for my dietary requirements based on it would take kitchen to long to provide warmed veg instead of cold. No logic as if I ordered something different they would still need to cook it!!
Care factor zero!!!!!
Even when I pointed out it was my partners 50th Birthday they still wouldn t budge
Very very disappointed
