I was looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend, and I have absolutely zero knowledge about jewelry let alone diamonds. The staff especially Valentina and Brett were phenomenal! They were very welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, and made me feel very comfortable. A huge selection to choose from, I thought it'd take several hours to find a ring I wanted. Instead, 45 minutes at the most. Zero pressure and never tries to upsell or go above my price range. Overall the best shopping experience I've ever had!
