Very good facilities, very bad experience. It is difficult to understand how in a hotel of this category you can be assigned an occupied room, I was amazed ... and neither did the guy at the reception.
At breakfast 30 minutes waiting for the coffee, the waiter apologized over and over again, but never brought it.
At the end of the day they had us walking around the hotel floors looking for the cocktail, nobody knew where they had put it.
In short, it gives the feeling that the installation is great.
