I was pleased to have my son attend a college so close to home to learn business and was shocked when last night he received an email saying he was pulled from all his classes. We had him registered for both terms. They have my credit card on file that they take monthly payments from and apparently, for some unknown reason they didn't continue taking payments? No notice from anybody except an email to say he is pulled from class. I am shocked that they are teaching him business and broke the #1 rule which is customer retention!! What is wrong with this place? Where is the communication or care and concern for their students? I am extremely disappointed in this establishment and their lack of service because when I tried to help him get this sorted out, I was treated very poorly and am appalled at the ignorance and attitude of the office. Extremely dissatisfied in RDC.
