These guys kept calling me and never left a voicem...

These guys kept calling me and never left a voicemail, finally I answered one day and they were very unprofessional. They didn't state who they were with or what they did. Just asked me for my date of birth and a credit card to pay my past due bill. They seemed very fraudulent and I was skeptical but after I researched and called my hospital these guys are actually real and I did make my payment.
