Great experience. I didn't feel pressured at all and they respected my needs and budget. Katie was my main salesperson and was awesome. Felt like I got a respectable price for my trade in. My only negative would be it's definitely not an hour like they promise, but it was very busy that day. I expected it wouldn't be an hour, but why advertise it, or maybe give a small incentive if they don't make it under an hour. But all in all great service and I would recommend to anyone!!!!
