I used to come here years ago and always enjoyed it. Has really really gone down hill. After we ware seated it took a full 10 minutes before we were waited on (an eternity, and sets the tone for the rest of the experience) . I've seen this complaint in earlier ratings. A real shame, one of the easiest things to resolve in food service. The fact that I haven't seen responses from management on these comments here reflects the lack of interest. Food and menu creativity very good. Effort lost in the negative
