Tyrell was able to confidently and correctly diagnose the reason for the foul odor in my family's washing machine. His visit was a 2nd opinion. Upon contacting his supervisor, he was told that he could do a "courtesy" cleaning behind the inside drum if he wanted to. He did!! I didn't know about that conversation until he was done! It was a hot day and he took the part outside to clean it!! It was a tough job. NO MORE ODOR!!! Tyrell was so polite, knowledgeable and professional. We thank him for what we think was above and beyond by making his customers happy. Helen Kay
