The worst customer service ever! I changed my appo...

The worst customer service ever! I changed my appointment time and sales guy tells me he Will not be able to attend to me because he's leaving early! Insisted I go the next day, but I needed the car the same day. So I call the sales general number and I ask if indeed they are closing late sales guy tells me at the regular time. So I go ahead make an appointment with this other guy. I start driving 50 minutes is a very long drive when suddenly I start getting calls from first sales rep who said, he was leaving early! Texted me saying, " That he didn't appreciate me calling the main sales line as he wanted to be the one to sell me the car!"First of all I did not appreciate his message! I can call whom ever I want! Second he did say he was leaving for the day and I needed a car! So I didn't reply to his continuous messages and calls because, I was driving and had lost my interest to talk to him due to his unprofessionalism! I get there and ask for the other sales rep and guess who comes out? The big bully!! The other rep was trying to apologize and this bully interrupts him saying, "I tried calling you to tell you that the car is getting detailed" What? and so what's the problem I can see it dirty with dirt that's not a big deal! Bottom line he refused to show me the car! I asked for a GM he told me there was no one else but him! I left but will contact a GM for sure!
