Good people. They are busy as all get out, but they have great advocates and attorneys who help you. No charge for their services. As someone who is on a fixed income that is out of sight! I have used them several times. I have taken several cases to them and they give me free legal services to protect my rights. This has helped me a lot. I had a rep payee who was not letting me access my disability money and was impossible to get ahold of. They helped fix this and I have a new payee now. I needed some supports through Medicaid, but I was denied. They appealed the case and I won my services!

Sometimes I don't have a case, and they let me know. I am disappointed when this happens, but they are honest. Some people may not like that they are honest. They can't take every case. I understand that. If my cast isn't a good one, they have to focus on others. Only so many hours in the day. Great group to work with. Highly recommend.
