I rented an apartment with Old Mill. The property manager at the leasing office purposely was denying my rent and they took me to court. If you wanna be robbed and blackmailed to look bad in the court eyes, rent with them. They will get the job done. I will NEVER recommend a Lund company property to anyone in Omaha. This is a slum landlord, but in a corporate setting.
