Not only did they never called me back. They charged my CC and never came to tow my damn car. Worst Customer Service not only that if u have a claim number it goes straight to voice mail. HA. They never call you back. Worst Service for Worst Towing Company i guess. Go with Triple A or better yet call your damn dealership and ask them to pick you up. Never go with ur insurrance company cause there with these guys..
