I recently worked with Streff Legal on my husband's spousal visa and I had to discontinue partnering with them as a client. I urge anyone who may consider having Matthew represent them to strongly reconsider. He missed or rescheduled more than 4 calls. He went over a month supplying sufficient information I needed to complete my tasks for my case. You will have to follow up not once, but possibly three times to get him to respond to you. I was neglected as a customer, am now out a couple thousand dollars, and now have to start over with my spousal visa. He is sloppy, a poor communicator, and highly unprofessional.
