I have had nothing but a great experience from Rachael and the team. From fixing my back spasms, re-aligning my posture, acupuncture and softening continual shoulder and neck problems over the years. In addition, cranial massage for both of my young twins when they were having sleeping problems meant a significant improvement in our family life on a day by day basis. I cannot recommend the English Osteopath more, they are attentive, they listen and they describe specifically how they can help and the benefits that you can expect.
