Excel Pilates Annapolis is an amazing studio! The instructors are friendly, professional, and really know their stuff. The studio itself is clean and spacious, and the class sizes are small, which allows for individualized attention. The workouts are challenging but fun, and I always leave feeling like I got a great workout. I highly recommend Excel Pilates Annapolis!
