Meet the Realtor yesterday and his knowledge was less than average of the Condo and information regarding the Condo Association. Had to contact the Property Management about obtaining pictures a day ahead of the showing as they were not uploaded on the website yet. Most importantly, the place was not in very good shape. We were shown a place that had scuffs on the walls, cobwebs everywhere, mostly near the Water Heater and Furnace. The Sinks had Mold in them. The Carpet was in poor condition (Stains and Delaminating/Pulling from the Base). Preparation to sell this place was far from a Priority of the Realtor as far as I am concerned. There was lack of knowledge as to whether or not all utilities are included in the rent. Had very little knowledge of other questions directed towards him, his reply was basically for us to contact the office on Monday. At this point probably a wasted trip, we will see.
