I called in the morning to have my A/C serviced, and they said they had 4-8 pm opening today. The customer service rep. called me around 3:20 to confirm I would be home, to which I said "Yes". I had a missed call from the service technician 11 minutes later, but I was on the freeway and I don't like talking while I'm driving. So when I got home called back, and found out they cancelled my appointment because I didn't answer the techs call, which was 11 mins after I confirmed with the customer service rep. I took off work early, and now I have to find another service provider. Plus I won't be refunded the $49.00 fee for 5-10 business days.
