Very friendly receptionist upgraded us to a family...

Very friendly receptionist upgraded us to a family room as we had our dog with us , to give us more space. It went down hill after that, the toilet was a mascerator(not sure of spelling) it was really noisy for anout 5 mins after flushing and the room stunk! There were no cups or glasses, coffee and tea but no milk, room was dusty, bed was soooo uncomfortable you could feel every spring and there was a huge towel and hand towel.....for a family? Would never stay here again
