After being on three separate hour-long waits on the phone to TRY to get through to this company, we ultimately went through a different A/C repair company. I reached out to Service America on Facebook to get a hold of someone and let them know of my complaints. They asked me whether I got a service scheduled yet and I said No, we had to go through another repair service to which they answered I understand.
....?? My landlord pays to have this company be on call for our apartment and they show no intention of correcting this.
On the other hand, I called a local A/C repair company and they came within an hour.

Don t waste your time on Service America.
