The bad reviews are literally hurting my heart. I just spent 11 days at Green Oaks, and couldn t have asked for any better care. Everyone who worked on my unit genuinely seemed to care and enjoy their job, my techs and the social workers made such a huge impact on me, and prepared me to continue growth outside of the hospital. My doctor adjusted my medication as needed and discharged when I felt stable to leave. I was treated with such kindness and when I needed to talk I was never turned away. They listened and cared.

The nursing staff was so good. Toni was kind and helpful. Angela would literally be so happy and dancing to music when she gave you meds which was a great start to the day, and Garret played music for us and did an amazing class on anxiety.

Lyndon, Kasey, and Q were such amazing techs. Q gave me such great advice and her heart was so genuine. Kasey was so good at her job, and went above and beyond. Lyndon literally came into work on his birthday and he still had the same positive attitude he did every other day.

The case managers/social workers are some of the most compassionate people I ve ever met. The groups actually teach you things you can actually apply to your life. Sarah s groups were always fun while teaching us things. Asia s group on values was my favorite and completely changed my perspective. Rochelles energy literally fills a room! Her topics were always so good that they lead to deep discussions. Kim always made us laugh, and taught me new things. She was very aware of everyone s moods while teaching groups and that was helpful on so many levels.

People often feel more inclined to leave a review when their experience was negative, with that in mind if you need help do not let these reviews scare you from getting the help you need.
