Literally one of the most sarcastic and rude costumer service reps I ve ever spoken to. Mariam!!! You could have been much kinder as I gave you no reason to be mean to me! The directions online are not clear and we re all just trying to do our best out in this world ok!
Really wishing Ithaca had another Internet service to buy from as I do NOT want to give them my business again.
