This company is all about the money and less about actually maintaining the property. They 110% represent slumlords. I would be very careful with the property manager you deal with and the owner. They charge for everything, even for coming out to fix something, they ll charge you. Most of the owners they work with are extremely cheap and just want their rent check, but won t take care of any issues. Rossman s own vendors have indicated they felt bad for the renters, because the owners were slumlords and the property management company took forever to approve something being fixed.
If you take a look at the reviews, you can see all the positive reviews are from owners aka the slumlords .and the negative reviews are from renters.
If you are forced to work with them, be very careful with this company. If you can, go somewhere else to rent.
