I want to start off saying this is not one of those fake comments to boost the ratings. I m a single mom of one, working full time to take care of my little family. So for me to take time and write this review its worth it. After I had a disappointing encounter at dyer chevrolet, I drove down to this dealer where I was greeted by one woman (I can t remember her name but she was stylish) then paired with Ruben. Ruben asked all the questions and started right off bat to ensure that I was able to get a loan first before giving my hopes up and to ensure the monthly payments I requested is within my budget. Not gonna lie, usually when I go to dealerships I usually have a unit on (mean face) and mean business. However, what Ruben pulled off, there was no way I couldn t keep a straight face. And he s a true mvp for helping me with the insurance situation. I have less than perfect credit with some hard hits and still was able to drive off with a beautiful 17 Nissan Altima with all the bells and whistles. I m still waiting for my inspection appointment. :)
