I am a landlord and I will never ever do any business with this crooked lady Cristina, she threatened to sign the lease agreement with her and threatened me on other numerous occassions too. Furthermore, the rent payments were not always on time (as she promised), she promised that I will get my property back in the same condition and look at the pictures below and tell me if it's the usual wear & tear that she claimed and went blank on me. Landlords, Tenants or anyone else, please save yourself from this nightmare and avoid this woman. She's a total mess to deal with. Don't fall into her false promises.
